Choose the most convenient delivery method for you:
IN LITHUANIA
- Delivery of goods via Omniva or DPD post machines is FREE of charge for a basket of goods worth 99 EUR or more. Order delivery time 1 - 4 working days.
- Simple delivery of goods via Omniva or DPD post machines for a basket of goods less than 69 EUR - 3.19 EUR. Order delivery time 1 - 4 working days.
- Delivery of goods by DPD courier to the specified address is FREE for an order basket worth 149 EUR or more. Order delivery time 1 - 4 working days.
- Delivery of goods by DPD courier to the specified address in the case of an order basket worth less than EUR 149 - EUR 4.99. Order delivery time 1 - 4 working days.
- FREE OF CHARGE collection of goods in Vilnius on the next working day at the address Rotundo st. 2 "Carolina studio". Please collect the goods only after receiving the confirmation letter. When picking up the goods, please indicate your name and order number.
- Delivery to the Curonian Spit costs an additional 20.00 EUR
- ( The DPD courier will deliver the parcel to the address specified by you, to your workplace, home or other desired address. When choosing this delivery method, you must provide the following data:
1) Exact delivery address (the delivery address may differ from the Buyer's address);
2) Mobile phone number.
On the day of delivery, DPD will inform you via SMS about the exact delivery time. You can manage the shipment at www.manosiunta.lt .)
The goods are delivered to the specified address and at the agreed time on working days from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
ABROAD
- The price and duration of delivery of goods to other countries of the world depends on the location and the tax applied to that location. For more detailed information about the delivery of goods abroad, please contact us by e-mail at info@carolinashop.lt and we will find the best and cheapest shipping method.
Other delivery related information
Notification - the recipient is notified by SMS that his parcel has already been delivered to the selected location: the parcel number, the address of the Pickup parcel point or terminal and the working hours are indicated.
Collection period - parcels are stored at parcel points and terminals for 7 calendar days without additional charge, so the customer can collect them at a convenient day and time.
Security - the package is delivered only to the recipient indicated on the package and upon presentation of an identification document or PIN code.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
If you notice damage to the package while receiving the package, immediately report it to the courier or employee who delivered the package, and ask for a package damage report to be drawn up.
After receiving the ordered product and signing the shipment document without comments, it is considered that the shipment was delivered on time and in good order.
