RULES FOR PURCHASE-SALE OF GOODS

1. General provisions:

1.1. These rules for the purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter the Rules) are a binding legal document for the parties after the Buyer familiarizes himself with them and approves them. From this moment, the Agreement between the parties is considered concluded. With each purchase, the Buyer reconfirms his acceptance of the Rules.

1.2. In these Rules UAB "Carolina Studio", code 302924237, address Rotundo st. 2, LT-01128, Vilnius, hereinafter referred to as the Seller.

1.3. The seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement the rules at any time, taking into account the requirements established by legal acts.

1.4. Online store teptukai.lt trade is carried out only in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania.

1.5. Each contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is kept by the Seller.

2. Buyer's rights:

2.1. The buyer has the right to buy goods in the teptukai.lt online store in accordance with these Rules and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

2.2. The buyer has the right to refuse the contract of purchase and sale of goods with the seller, by notifying the seller in writing within 7 working days from the day of delivery of the goods, in accordance with the 2001 August 17 By order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania no. 258 "On the approval of the rules for the sale of goods and the provision of services when contracts are concluded using means of communication".

2.3. The buyer has other rights provided for in the Rules and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

3. Obligations of the buyer:

3.1. If the data provided in the Buyer's registration form changes, the Buyer must update them immediately.

3.2. The goods selected by the Buyer are reserved and the Seller undertakes to execute the sales contract only when the Seller receives a notification from the bank about payment for the selected goods.

3.3. The buyer must comply with other requirements established in the Rules and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

4. Rights of the seller:

4.1. If the Buyer tries to harm the work or stable operation of the electronic store, the Seller may limit, suspend (terminate) his ability to use the electronic store without prior warning.

4.2. The seller has the right to temporarily or indefinitely terminate the operation of the electronic store without a separate warning.

4.3. The seller has other rights provided for in the Rules and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

5. Responsibilities of the seller:

5.1. Create conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the electronic store.

5.2.Organize the delivery of goods ordered by the Buyer to the delivery address specified by the Buyer.

5.3. The Seller, in case of important circumstances, being unable to deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer, undertakes to return the money paid by the Buyer within 5 working days. In this case, the Seller is released from responsibility for non-delivery of goods.

6. Delivery of goods:

6.1. The goods are delivered to the address specified by the buyer within 2 - 15 working days after receiving the notification from the bank about the payment for the selected goods. Items offered for seasonal periods (for example, Christmas) may be delivered over an even longer period.

6.2. The buyer can pick up the product himself in Vilnius and Kaunas, but only the basket is prepared for pick-up only after receiving payment online and marking the pick-up in Vilnius and Kaunas when placing the order.

6.3. After noticing inconsistencies in the quantity, quality or assortment of the goods, the Buyer must note this in the consignment note and has the right not to accept the goods. If the Buyer has no claims, he must sign the bill of lading.

6.4. After the buyer signs the bill of lading, it is considered that the goods have been delivered to him properly and of suitable quality.

6.5. When accepting the goods delivered to him, the buyer must present a document confirming his identity.

7. Return of goods

7.1. If the Buyer refuses the contract of purchase and sale of the goods, as stipulated in clause 2.2 of the Rules, the paid amount of money is returned to the Buyer by transferring the money to the Buyer's account within 15 calendar days from the Buyer's written notification of the refusal of the purchase and sale contract.

7.2. If the buyer refuses the ordered goods in cases other than those stipulated in paragraph 2.2 of the Agreement, the advance paid for the goods will not be returned.

8. Liability:

8.1. The buyer is responsible for the correctness of the data provided in the registration form. The buyer assumes responsibility for the consequences arising from the incorrectness or inaccuracy of the data provided in the registration form.

8.2. The parties are responsible for the violation of the purchase and sale contract concluded using the electronic store in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

8.3. The buyer must protect his login data to the electronic store and not disclose them, ensure that the data is known only to him and only he uses the data, not to transfer or otherwise enable other persons to get acquainted with or use the data. If there is a suspicion that the login data could have been obtained by another person, immediately notify the Seller about it, as well as immediately inform the Seller about the violation or disclosure of the login data to the electronic store. All actions performed using the Buyer's online store login data are considered performed by the Buyer, and the Buyer assumes full responsibility for the consequences of such actions.

8.4. The Seller is not responsible for the information provided on the websites of other companies, even if the Buyer accesses these websites through the links in the Seller's electronic store. The seller is not responsible for any claims or lawsuits made by third parties that are based on the direct or indirect use of the information contained in or accessible through this online store, regardless of the source of that information.

8.5. In the event of damage, the guilty party compensates the other party for the losses incurred.

9. Personal data

9.1. The Seller confirms that the personal data specified by the Buyer will be processed only for the purposes of selling goods and services in the electronic store sepeteliai.com and for the Seller's direct marketing (except for cases where the Buyer informs in the specified manner that he does not wish his personal data to be processed for the purpose of direct marketing) . The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties, with the exception of the Seller's partners providing goods delivery or other services related to the proper fulfillment of the Buyer's order. In all other cases, the Buyer's personal data may be disclosed to third parties only in accordance with the procedure provided by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.

9.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw his permission to process personal data for direct marketing purposes by informing the Seller about this by sending a message from the e-mail address specified by the Buyer or by submitting a written request to the contacts specified on the website.

9.3. The buyer has the right to familiarize himself with his personal data managed by the Seller, to demand correction and destruction of his personal data after submitting a written request to the contacts indicated on the website.

10. Final provisions:

10.1. The Seller sends all notifications to the e-mail address provided in the Buyer's registration form.

10.2. The buyer sends all messages and questions in the form in the "About Sepeteliai.com" section of the Seller's electronic store.

10.3. All disagreements arising from or related to the purchase and sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller shall be resolved through negotiations. If it is not possible to reach an agreement, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
