- CAROLINASHOP.LT General provisions
1.1 These privacy conditions (hereinafter - "conditions") regulate the basic principles and procedure based on which the Seller (hereinafter - "we") manages the personal data of Buyers (hereinafter - "Your") in the online store (hereinafter - www.carolinashop.lt ).
1.2 The processing of your personal data is determined by these conditions, the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating the collection of such data.
1.3 We undertake to sell goods to natural persons who are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18 years old, you can only buy with the consent of your parents or guardians.

- Final Provisions
8.1 The law of the Republic of Lithuania applies to these Privacy Terms.
8.2 All disagreements regarding the implementation of these rules are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
