The soft texture and elastic eye liners are extremely highly pigmented. Can be used with both a wet and dry brush to achieve different effects. Applied with a wet brush along the contour of the eye, it gives an intensity effect. When applied with a dry brush, it is easily retouched, creating a "smoke" effect (smoky makeup). Can be used instead of an eyebrow makeup pencil.
